Use; Wash hair thoroughly with warm water, add a small amount of The Mane Choice Ancient Egyptian Anti-Breakage & Repair Antidote Shampoo into the palm of your hand and massage through hair. Rinse with cold water. Then add the Conditioner, massage into the hair and leave for 3-5 minutes. Then rinse well!
