Step-by-step plan for dyeing your hair

1. Get all the necessary products like a bowl, gloves, a comb, hair clips and an old towel.
2. Mix the hair dye with hydrogen peroxide in the bowl. Check the instructions what the ratio should be. This varies for each colour.
3. Divide your hair into four sections. You start by creating two planes using a middle parting. After this, create four sections by dividing the halves from the middle parting to the ear. Use hair clips to secure these hair sections.
4. After dividing your hair, it's time to put on your gloves and place the towel on your shoulders.
5. Take the paint brush that comes in the packaging and dip it into the paint. With the brush, start with the edges of your hair around your face first. Make sure you get on with painting. Otherwise, you may find that the edges of your hair are much darker than the rest of your hair.
6. After you've done the edges, it's time to dye the hair planes. Choose a flat, start from the middle parting and brush the dye through to your ends. When an area is dyed you don't need to fix it. Repeat this until all areas are dyed.
7. Leave the dye on for 20 to 30 minutes and then rinse well in the shower. Keep your eyes closed while rinsing. You don't want to get dye in your eyes.
8. When no more dye comes out of your hair while rinsing, it's time to use a colour shampoo or special conditioner. For example, choose the Fanola No Yellow Purple Mask.
